Dear Questioner,

1. The UAE currency is AED, not INR.

2. In order to process the medical tests, you need to sign the job offer letter and the company needs to apply for a new visa application in the Ministry of Labour and Immigration department.

3. Once the company receives the change of status (the e-visa), you will go for the medical test.

4. The employer is the one who needs to bear all costs for visa and medical procedures.

I would not recommend you to pay any amount.
