Do I need to pay anything if my employeer terminates me?

If the employer is terminating you, then you are not required to pay any fines and also they don't have any right to hold your salary if you had not done any violations in the company.

Please note that it is illegal in the UAE to hold the employees passport by the employer. You can file a complaint in MOHRE for all these issues.
