If I win the fraud case against the car dealer, what's their liability for the loaned car?

The car is under a bank loan, and we have paid all the monthly payments on time. Will the used car dealer be liable for the complete value, or only the remaining cost of the car?

You also have the right to file a lawsuit to compel him to pay the actual value of the car, return the remainder to you, and keep the car with you.
