Greetings.

Resignation does not require the payment of any amounts unless the contract stipulates a notice allowance of one month’s basic salary in the event that you do not wish to receive a notice of one month after you leave work.

As for the costs of accommodation and recruitment, they are always borne by the employer.

If the same is mentioned in your employment contract, then only you have to pay.

If there is nothing specifically mentioned about the early termination of the employment contract, then you don't have any obligation to pay any amount to the company.

Dear Client,

Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.

Whether you have to pay money upon resigning after six months depends on various factors, including your employment contract and the company's policies.

Some companies may require employees to reimburse certain expenses or training costs if they resign before completing a specified period, such as a probationary period or a contract term.

It's essential to review your employment contract and consult with the HR.

Employers are prohibited from requesting compensation from a worker should they decide to leave their job at any point in time.

This principle has consistently been upheld and is clearly outlined in Article 6 of the UAE's new labor law, which addresses the recruitment and employment of workers.
