Will the new employer cover the old employer's recruitment expenses?
Dear Sir/Madam,
If I have already resigned after 1 year and it was a forced resignation, will my current employer pay all the compensation that the old employee has spent on (visa, plane ticket, training)?
Dear Questioner,
As long as the employee has adhered to the law and the warning period stipulated in the contract, the employer has no right to ask him to compensate him for accommodation expenses, as he is legally obligated to do so.
We can cooperate with you in this regard. We are a law firm specializing in this type of case.
We are always happy and honored to cooperate with you.

Dear Questioner,
The provision you have mentioned is applicable during probation.
If an employee terminates the job during probation, his new employer may compensate the previous employer for recruitment expenses.
If he already finished the probation period, he will have to pay this amount only if the same has been mentioned in his employment contract, otherwise, no need to pay.
