Dear Client,

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter.

To file a settlement complaint for a free zone company in the UAE, visit MOHRE's TASHEEL online portal or go to a MOHRE service center for assistance.

Alternatively, contact the relevant free zone authority where your company is registered to inquire about their dispute resolution process.

Consult with us if needed and maintain detailed records of all communication and documentation related to your complaint.

For any further legal assistance, you can WhatsApp us. We have an extensive team of knowledgeable and experienced lawyers to provide the legal assistance you need.

We will be happy to help you.

Thanks & Regards,

Dear Questioner,

You are required to contact the Freezone authority's labor department instead of calling the MOHRE because the jurisdiction of the company will be in Freezone.

You can approach MOHRE if the matter is not settled within the Freezone authority.

Dear client,

Usually, the Freezone has a labor office you must contact or visit.

This office then transfers the case to the court or to MOHRE, depending on the specific free zone.

Hello,

Free zones have their own authority. Complaints are submitted to them, and then you receive a letter to MOHRE, which in turn provides you with a letter for the court.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your inquiry!

Generally, working in free zone companies is not governed by the UAE Labour Law, and work permits are not usually issued by the MOHRE.

Working in the free zone means that your work permit was issued by the free zone authority.

Each free zone has its own set of procedures and restrictions, therefore, to provide you with accurate advice we require further clarification on your employment and the free zone in which the company is established.

We currently offer a free 15-minute consultation designed to assist you with your legal concerns.

Please contact us via email or call our offices in Dubai or Sharjah.

Regards,
