Questions & Answers
Is an additional memo needed for my labor case, besides MOHRE's?
Hi,
I have filed a labor case against my employer for delayed salaries, end-of-service benefits (EOSB), and visa cancellation. The hearing is set for next week.
Do I need to submit a memo other than what the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) has provided?
Is it better to provide an additional memo containing other evidence? How much will this cost?
Please advise!
