If you are unsure about the authenticity of a job offer, then you are required to research the company, take contact details, and contact the company directly to verify that the offer is legitimate.
Do not respond to emails or phone calls from unknown individuals.

You may check the authenticity from their official website or you can check the company profile through a different job portal.
You may check the validity of the offer letter whether it has an official stamp, or is printed on their letterhead or not.
