On 23rd May 2025, she received a termination notice via WhatsApp from her sponsor, which clearly states that she is required to complete her handover by 20th June 2025. Since receiving the notice, however, her sponsor has been repeatedly contacting her via WhatsApp and phone calls, pressuring her to immediately return the company laptop and office cabinet keys, despite the agreed-upon handover date. In addition, she has been verbally accusing my friend and making threatening remarks, creating a hostile environment, and causing her emotional distress. Hi I have signed the MOU Form F since July 2023 and we prepared all the papers and the loan from my end on 23/8/2023. When I went to DLD for the transfer, the seller had registration issues and asked for some papers to be provided as the property is under the company not an individual. Since that time, we have kept renewing the MOU every month in the hope of finalizing but I am not seeing any progress. So I am asking about legal action as I already got a bank mortgage and started paying as well but not seeing any progress from the seller. So I need to ask the following: 1. If my MOU expired on 20.11.2023, can I file a complaint on 20 or after a couple of days like 23? 2. What will happen in terms of 10%? Will it be returned and what about the fees paid to the bank like mortgage fees, evaluation, and cancellation of loan? Will the EMI payment be compensated by the seller? 3. What is your advice? Hello everyone, I bought an off-plan unit from a developer around Feb. 2018. They promised to deliver by March 2019, but they kept on postponing. Along the way, they asked me to sign the SPA. I said I won't and requested them to refund me my payments. At one point they agreed and later they said no. I have all these correspondences on email. Finally, the developer forged my signature and signed the SPA by themselves and registered it with DLD, and processed the cancellation. When I visited DLD, I have been shown an SPA signed under my name on May 13, 2021. The signature was done fraudulently because I did not sign it. I made a payment of more than AED 130K. I would appreciate your guidance.
