Questions & Answers
How can the employee remove absconding from Immigration if the employer refuses?
An employee resigned from the company after completing the notice period.
The employer refused to the employee to leave the company & filed an absconding case against the employee while the employee was continuously sending emails to the employer for the visa cancellation.
Then, the employee directly canceled the visa & absconding case from MOHRE. Now the absconding case is still there in Immigration.
So how can that be removed?
Are there any charges for that?
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
To remove the absconding status in the UAE, settle any financial matter with your previous employer, and request them to initiate visa cancellation.
If your previous employer is uncooperative, you can also visit the immigration department yourself and explain the situation.

You have two options. The first is to settle it with the employer to submit a request to cancel, this is the strongest solution.
The second is to submit a request to cancel it with a mercy or pardon request, it’s not a strong solution to cancel but you can try.

You have to clear it from the immigration as well. It involves charges.
If you want you can hire us to remove this absconding.
