I've been given a termination letter. What will happen until the date written in that letter comes?

If you are not interested in the termination, send an email to your employer in writing, stating that you are not signing the termination letter and that you are disputing your termination.

If the employer is further proceeding with the termination, you can file a complaint in MOHRE along with the evidence.
