Employer ignoring return request after family emergency - can I work elsewhere?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I returned to my home country due to a family health emergency, with the consent of my employer after a prolonged debate. My Employment status is just two months old.
I have been in continuous communication and have been asking to rejoin since October 8, 2023, but he says they do not need me and is ignoring my communication.
My visa status is active. Can I return on my own ticket and work elsewhere until he finds out I am back? In the meantime, I can look for another job if he does not get ready.
He is asking for a visa amount of 7200 to recall me, but without rejoining the company. Please suggest a way for me to return.

Dear,
Hope you are doing well!
You can return back as he can not cancel your visa if you are outside the country.
