Can my landlord send an eviction notice for selling the apartment
Can my landlord send an eviction notice for selling the apartment but actually he is going to use for a first degree relative?
The eviction notice has to mention exactly the purpose for use. If it is one of the acceptable reasons for an eviction, it doesn't matter, right?
Thanks

Hello,
The law does not differentiate between personal use and use by close relatives up to the first degree, as long as the landlord has issued the notices correctly.
As a tenant, after eviction, you can monitor the situation.
If you discover that the landlord has subsequently rented the property to someone else, you can then file a lawsuit against them to claim compensation according to the law.

The eviction notice must state the correct reason for the eviction request.
If not , you have the right to request compensation
