Can my landlord send an eviction notice for selling the apartment but actually he is going to use for a first degree relative?

The eviction notice has to mention exactly the purpose for use. If it is one of the acceptable reasons for an eviction, it doesn't matter, right?

Hello,

The law does not differentiate between personal use and use by close relatives up to the first degree, as long as the landlord has issued the notices correctly.

As a tenant, after eviction, you can monitor the situation.

If you discover that the landlord has subsequently rented the property to someone else, you can then file a lawsuit against them to claim compensation according to the law.

No, the reason for eviction must be precisely specified in the notice, and it should be the same reason for the legal claim.

The reason need to be valid and must not contradict, if it does, then you have the right to contest the notice in RDC.

The reason should be the same as per the eviction notice. Otherwise, the tenant is not obliged to follow the notice.
