Can I leave my job without notice if the company is not processing my visa?

Dear Sir/Madam,

My company is not processing my visa, and I am already overstaying with fines. I want to leave them.

Can I do it right away without giving them notice?

I have signed the offer letter and contract since I joined them four months ago.

Dear Questioner,

Since you are under probation, you may serve a 14-day notice period in order to leave the country.

Even if I am already in overstay because of them?

Under the law, if you want to terminate the job, you may follow the requirements.

In case of overstay, you may pay the fine and file a complaint against your employer in MOHRE.

If you need further clarification, we will arrange a legal consultation session for a charge of 28$.

Hello,

If there's no sponsorship, you don't have to give a notice period.
