When you have a medical clearance certificate from your home country, you may apply.

You have to submit a medical report that you are free from the disease, which has to be approved by DHA.

The ban cannot be removed.

Once you are treated and your lungs are free of all the spots, then you can come to the UAE after getting approval from the concerned authorities of the UAE.
