Questions & Answers
Can the bank harass me with the HR at my work to claim a debt?
The bank said that they would file an execution case since I couldn't meet their demands. And as part of the process, they will visit my company and involve HR.
Plus, I keep receiving excessive phone calls not only on my mobile but also on the company phones and landlines.
Even the receptionist from the other branch received rude treatment even if I was constantly in contact with them.
My questions are:
1. What is the process of execution case?
2. Is HR involved in this? Do they have the right to visit the company?
3. What can I do so they stop harassing me and my colleagues?
Please, can someone help me with this?
Thank you so much in advance.
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you with this matter.
- Execution Case Process: An execution case involves enforcing a court judgment, often to collect a debt.
- HR Involvement: Banks might communicate with your employer, but HR typically isn't directly involved without proper legal procedures.
- Stopping Harassment: Politely ask the bank to communicate respectfully.
Keep records of communication.

If you have any pending liability with the bank and the company has guaranteed your debt, then the bank can have access to them, otherwise, they can't.
You can send them an official mail mentioning the settlement and stop harassing your colleagues.
