The right to get a ticket back home upon resignation
I completed 3 years, so I am eligible to get my ticket to go back to my hometown because I resigned already and the owner of our company said that you used your company ticket 2 months before.
So now I'm not eligible to get a ticket. Is that true?

Dear Questioner,
With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that what was mentioned from your employer's side is utterly illegal.
He should get you a ticket back home whenever your employment comes to an end. That's as per Law, not as per his personal assessment.
Moreover, the said ticket cannot be used prior to that, which means that he can't refuse under the pretext that he has previously bought you a ticket!!
In addition to that, he has not told you that the said previous ticket is instead of your current ticket. However, that should also be illegal to be agreed upon.
Bottom line, you are entitled to a ticket.
