Q: I got charged with possession of drugs, 2 years ago, and executed my judgment 10 months ago (deportation). I applied to the Ruler’s Court for amnesty, to get acquitted of the crime, and have my record cleared. In February 2020, my wishes came true. The Ruler's Court has accepted my plea for mercy and has cleared the deportation and record. I would like to know how do I proceed to come back to the UAE and whether any issues will arise if I do go back. Would I get detained again?

Q: My husband has been accused of being involved in drugs. He has been detained by the police since July 3, 2018. He is accused of using drugs and they did not release high drug test results.
