Raffle winner's rights violated. What to do?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I need legal assistance regarding my winning of a raffle draw with a prize of AED 100,000.

The original payment agreement was not honored, and I was offered a new deal to split the winnings into 20 separate payments without a specified starting date.

This delay has caused me personal and financial inconveniences, including bounced cheques and borrowing money. I believe I am entitled to receive the full prize and compensation for damages.

I have gathered relevant proof and evidence to support my case.
