It is their responsibility, you can ask them to pay the consignment's price as well as a profit loss compensation.

Step 1: File a complaint against them with the Consumer Protection Department.

Step 2: Send them a legal notice to deliver the shipment within a week.

Step 3: If (1 & 2) are not successful, the option would be to file a case against them in court. The case must be filed in the court located in the city in which their headquarters are located. If the amount is less than 500,000, there is a stage of amicable settlement through the court. This step will be before the case is brought to the judge.

Dear Client,

Hope you are doing well.

We can assist you with this situation.

We will need your documents including the Bill of Lading, contract, transaction receipts, and the communication chats.

After reviewing your documents only, we can see if a case can be filed against this company for getting your consignment back.

For further assistance, kindly WhatsApp us or email us.

Thanks & Regards

Shashwat Mishra
