Can I remove a cheque bounce case for a credit card and what is the cost?

Salamu Alaikum.

There is a case against me for a cheque bounce from a credit card provider and I am abroad. I know the case number and amount of the cheque.

How to get the penalty and how to pay when I am abroad?

If I hire a lawyer, how much is it going to cost me, and how long will it take to clear my case?

I need a police clearance certificate so I can visit the UAE again.

Alaikum al-salam

We can assist you in closing the case and obtaining a clearance certificate.

Our fees vary based on the amount of the check.

As for the timeline, it will be determined based on the case and the emirate. If it's Dubai, we can finish it within 2 to 3 business days.

If it's any other emirate, it will take us 1 week of work.

Contact me via WhatsApp to provide me with the details and initiate the procedures.

I went to my country for the treatment of my mother. It took me a long time as my mother was on Death bed.

My company fired me and canceled my visa in my absence.
