Inspection of police records after defaulting on bank loan
Hi Sir/Madam.
Greetings!
I would like to know about my friend details.
He has worked in the UAE and got a ban from his employer due to breaking the contract, and he has a loan in ADCB bank.
He has been paying properly until he left the UAE. After that, he didn't pay due to job loss.
Now, he wants to come back to the UAE and he wants to know if his bank submitted any legal case against him.
Please guide me, how can we check whether he is having a case or not? Where can we know these details?

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.
Please note that it appears that there are possibly two issues on your friend's passport:
1- A ban applied by the employer due to terminating the contract prematurely, and
2- Non-payment of a loan.
On the ban, if your friend has resigned from job prematurely, then there is a possibility of a one-year labour ban.
However, if there has been some misconduct or absconding issue, then it can be a life ban. We will need to peruse the immigration records to get this detail.
On the non-payment of the loan, there is a possibility that the bank has bounced your friend's cheque due to the non-payment of the loan.
I can assist you in getting the case details and obtaining a clearance letter.
I will need your friend's passport copy, old visa page and Emirates ID (if available) to conduct the inspection of police/immigration record.
