Does an employer have to pay the gratuity to a Saudi national employed in Saudi upon his/her resignation, in addition to the monthly contributions to GOSI?

Yes, an employer has to pay the gratuity to a Saudi national employed in Saudi upon his/her resignation if he/she completed 2 years of service, in addition to the monthly contributions to GOSI. And he/she is entitled to both.
