Khalil S. Khazindar is the founder and managing partner of the Khalil Khazindar Law Firm. Admitted to practice in Saudi Arabia as per the license obtained from the Ministry of Justice No: 48/29 and established this firm in 2008. As an attorney, Khalil Khazindar practices corporate & commercial law, civil law, employment & labour law and litigation, including arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Khalil Khazindar has many years of extensive general court, appeal courts, commercial court, administrative court and Arbitration Tribunal experience, as well as experience in corporate and commercial litigation. Representing clients before a number of key courts and judicial committees in Saudi Arabia on complex litigations, arbitration and mediation. Khalil Khazindar advises clients on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate and structured finance transactions, including formation of joint ventures, public and private companies, branch offices and professional companies in a variety of sectors; negotiating, drafting and vetting various types of contracts, including establishing and terminating distributorships, franchisees; litigation of complex claims; advising on labor and employment law matters, and other matters concerning Saudi law, as well as the Foreign Investment Law. Mr Khazindar’s represent many large Saudi and International companies and prominent business individuals.
