Q: I am under probation period in one company and my probation period is 3 months. Can I transfer my job to a new company if I don't like the present company?

س: موظف أنهى عقد عمل محدد المدة خلال فترة التجربة بإخطار إنهاء قبل يوم واحد، وعقد العمل الخاص به كان ينص على شرط التجربة وبنفس الوقت على شرط إخطار مدة شهر. هل الموظف ملزم بدفع بدل إخطار الشهر إذا أنهى عقد عمله خلال التجربه بإخطار يوم واحد (استقالة بشكل فوري)؟
