Resignation during probation period

Good evening, Madam!

I just wanted to ask if I can resign from my work as I'll complete 2 months on Sept. 1.

I like my work but the problem is if I make some mistakes she's shouting at me in front of the customers and we are not getting any holidays here in Bahrain, only we get in the Philippines like Christmas, new year and labor day and we are working 11 hours every day.

If there is a probation period agreed in your contract of employment, you may submit your resignation without serving one 1 month's notice.

If there is no probation period agreed you may resign with serving 1 month's notice.

Public holidays in Bahrain are quite generous. By law, you are entitled to at least one resting day and cannot be asked to work every day.

Also, under the law, it is prohibited to ask you to work more than 48 hours per week, unless you are being paid overtime for such additional hours in accordance with the Law.
