هل يمكن إبطال اتفاق لعدم معرفة اللغة والتوقيع عليه بالإكراه؟

عندي سؤال.

اضطررت لتوقيع اتفاق. كان باللغة العربية وأنا لا أفهم اللغة العربية ولا أتحدثها.

لم يُعرض علي أي مترجم أو مشورة قانونية قبل توقيع الاتفاقية.

أود أن أعرف ما إذا كان يمكن الطعن في مثل هذا الاتفاق في المحكمة وما إذا كان بإمكاني الدفاع عنه.

كان الوضع من النوع الذي تم فيه تهديدي بالتوقيع على الاتفاقية وإلا ستكون هناك عواقب.

Yes, it is permissible to open a criminal report for that similar incident and obtain permission to agree to open the door for investigation and take the necessary legal action.

It is also permissible to plead nullity in the event of a civil lawsuit filed, in accordance with the regulations and laws in force in the country.

A complaint need to be raised.

The court does not accept the claim of not knowing the language when signing.

For the second question, it depends on the type of threat, the cause, the circumstances, and the consequences they told you.

The type of threat was "You sign it, otherwise, I will arrest you right now and you will lose your job and your kids."

This is in relation to my divorce case where my ex-wife filed a domestic violence case in order to strengthen her divorce case.

The circumstantial evidence supports my claim because my ex-wife applied for divorce, and based on the said agreement, she proved to the court that I hit her and her mother whereas her mother attacked me with a knife (evidence can be seen on police CCTV when I was arrested).
