Do I need to serve the three months notice mentioned in contract if I resign during probation?
Hi,
I just wanna ask if I can resign in 14 days even if the notice period in my contract is 3 months.
I am still under probation period on a limited contract and I have decided to go back to my home country.
With termination, will I still have to pay my employer if they would terminate me?
Can employers refuse to accept these terms with MOHRE that I don't have to pay anything?
Do they have the right to file a case and claim all their rights through the court?
How about the terms and conditions imposed and made in the contract?

It is enough to notify the employer 14 days before the date of leaving work.
You are on probation, and legally you are only required to give 14 days' notice.
This is in case you want to return to your home country.
