My husband abandoned me and his children, what are my legal options?

Hi,

My husband secretly got married a second time. He sent us to Pakistan and got married again, and his second wife is now living with him in Dubai. I have four children, and he is not sending us any money.

What can I do?

How much will the law help me if I file for Khula or continue to live like this as his wife?

He has not spoken to me in two years and has spread false rumors about my character to make the children think I am bad.

Please guide me on what I should do!

It is not possible to file a case, follow up on the sessions, and respond to the notes from outside the Emirates. This is a case involving sessions, notes, and rulings, not just a request.

And if you are in Pakistan, and your husband is Pakistani, file the case in Pakistan, and get a judgment against him.
