رفض استقالة العامل المقدمة بصورة قانونية

اسمي س. محمد رازيث.
لقد كنت أعمل في أبو ظبي لمدة سنة و 7 أشهر، تأشيرتي على عقد غير محدد المدة وفترة الإخطار الخاصة بي هي شهر واحد.
حصلت على عرض آخر من شركة موجودة أيضًا في أبو ظبي. قدمت استقالتي في 4 سبتمبر 2018.
تقول شركتي الآن أنني بحاجة إلى الانتظار حتى يأتي بديل أو أكمل العقد وتدعني أذهب.
إذا ذهبت إلى القنصلية الهندية في أبو ظبي، فهل سيساعدونني؟ أحتاج إلى الانضمام لشركتي الجديدة في أقرب وقت ممكن.

You should follow the terms of your labour contract and the clause on the resignation.
If the contract allows you to resign within one month and you have served the notice period, then you can certainly leave by 4 October.
However, the main thing is that the current employer should have accepted the resignation and you have a copy of that acceptance by email or a hard copy in your possession.
