Cost of legal recourse for unpaid gratuity and leave salary after expired visa

Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked for a company for 9 years, and now my visa has expired, but the owner refuses to cancel my visa and pay my gratuity and leave salaries.

If I hire a lawyer to help me process my cancellation, obtain my gratuity and leave salaries, as well as cover the legal/court expenses, what will be the cost?
