A Muslim woman cannot marry a Hindu man or any other besides a Muslim man and that too with the consent of her father, brother, uncle, etc.

Doesn't matter. There is no option to give up one's religion.

If a Hindu man marries a Muslim woman (which is not possible here) and wishes to register or recognize their marriage here, he will be committing a criminal offense and will be jailed and deported.
