Can an Indian Muslim man marry a Hindu Indian woman without changing her religion?
Hi,
Is it possible for an Indian Muslim man to marry an Indian Hindu woman in Dubai without changing her religion?
Both have residence visas and consent from parents.

Dear questioner,
Marriages between the two individuals, at least one of whom is an Indian citizen with a residence visa of the UAE, are solemnized/registered at the consulate, under Foreign Marriage Act, 1969.
Please approach the consulate through e-mail, walk-ins, or phone for further clarification. The documents required are as follows:
1. Passport and visa copies of prospective bride and groom.
2. Singleness certificate/divorce decree [in case of divorcee]/death certificate [in case death of earlier spouse].
3. 4 passport size photographs of bride&groom.
4. Self-attested copies of passports&visas of three witnesses, plus original passports.
5. Duly filled-in form for "Notice of Intended Marriage" (4 copies).
6. Duly filled-in form for "Declaration by Prospective Bride and Groom" (2 copies).
