Filing a complaint against a contractor for a faulty swimming pool

Dear Sir/Madam,

How can we file a complaint against a contractor?

Our swimming pool was completed in October and has been leaking ever since. They have attempted to repair it twice, but it is still leaking.

We have sent them a letter stating that we are terminating the contract because they are unable to complete the work to an acceptable standard.

What should be our next step?

Dear questioner,

You have to file a case in court against the company and the manager. You ask to appoint an engineering expert to check the reasons for the leak and explain it to the court.

In this case, you can refund your money from the company plus compensation.

Hi,

The preliminary step would be sending a legal notice to the contractor.

Also, could you please share a copy of the contract with us?

Dear questioner,

All the customer has to do is log in to the system's website, then select the service, fill out the application, and attach documents and evidence, which prove real estate violations within Dubai committed by any of the real estate agents and developers.

The system automatically transfers the complaint submitted to the company's officials to respond to it, then the concerned employee.

You can send them a legal notice for the damage recovery and post that you can file a case to recover the damages in accordance with the contract.
