Q: Dear Advisor,
Good day!
I just wanted to seek your advice about my situation.
My labour contract in my company will be finished on December 14 as well as my Emirates ID and I am planning not to renew if I will be confirmed with the new company I'm applying for.
So I wanted to know if I need to submit to my company now a resignation letter or non-renewal letter and kindly explain to me why?

Resignation without notice while on vacation

Q: Hello there,
While on duty, my knee got twisted back in November 2017. In Feb 2019, it started to give me more trouble and I did surgery in March 2019. Now, I can't return to my duty.
So I sent a resignation letter but my manager said to me I can't resgin as I'm on vacation leave. They want me to work for one month.
Is there is any way you can show me a way out?

My name is S. Mohamed Raazith.
I have been working in Abu Dhabi for the past 1 year and 7 months, my visa is on an unlimited contract and my notice period is 1 month.
I got another offer from a company which is also in Abu Dhabi. I submitted my resignation on September 4, 2018.
Now, my company is saying that I need to wait until a replacement comes or complete the contract and go like that.
If I go to the Indian Consulate in Abu Dhabi, will they help? I need to join my new company as soon as possible.
Please advise me.

Do I have to pay a penalty if terminated after completing my contract period? 0
Sir,
As per my contract period, they mentioned that if I leave the company before 1 year, I have to pay 5000 dirhams. But I have already completed more than 1 year and 3 months.
The company has given me a warning letter saying my work performance is low, and if I continue like this, they will terminate me. They didn't mention any charges, but they mentioned in the letter a top penalty procedure.
So I need to know whether I have to pay them any charges or not.
