Q: Dear sir/madam,
I have a residence visa and my both daughters are under my sponsorship. I want to know if I got a new job and had to cancel my old residence visa, then what about my daughters' visas?
Would cancel them prior to my visa cancellation? Or are there any options for holding their visas and transferring to a new visa?

Q: I am working in Dubai and have sponsored my wife who is also working in Dubai.
Now, I have got another employment opportunity in Abu Dhabi, so I will not be able to hold my wife's visa while my new visa gets issued.
I will sponsor my wife again once I get a new visa but my question is, what will happen with her current job? Will she have to terminate the work contract because of the cancellation of visa?

Is it possible to resign on probation and return to home country?
I came here to join a company on November 1, 2022, and I got my Emirates ID on February 2, 2023. Now I want to resign because I am unable to adjust to the company's work culture and unprofessional behavior.
I am planning to go back to my home country, Bangladesh. I want to know how long I can stay after canceling the visa and if there is any obligation that could be created by my employer.
As I bear my all costs by myself coming over to Dubai, they only provide the company's visa cost.

Do you need to present your documents and response before an online hearing? 0
I'm an employer and an employee claimed 50% overtime.
The actual overtime working hours were 20% for which extra was added to his salary with the right calculation.
A MOHRE case was logged but it's now in court. Our first hearing is next week (online court sessions).
Do I need to prepare my documents that can be presented in court or do I need to prepare something in advance to show my calculations and proof?

في القانون الإماراتي وعلى الأراضي الإماراتية ما حكم العقد الصوري في هذه الحالة: مقيم عاطل عن العمل أعزب يبرم عقد صوري بمسمى وظيفي مزيف وراتب مرتفع جداً لكي يتمكن من كفالة أهله من الدرجة الأولى والثانية؟
هل يمكن غض الطرف عن هذه الفعلة؟
أم هل ستتم محاسبة هذا الشخص بسبب انتقاله المفاجئ من البطالة إلى الراتب المرتفع؟
وما النتائج المترتبة على اكتشاف العقد الصوري؟
هل سيتم إلغاء كفالة الأهل؟ هل سيتم تغريمهم؟ ترحيلهم؟
وماذا عن الشخص نفسه هل يمكن زجه في السجن؟ لا قدر الله
