Protecting the reputation of a clinic against false reviews on Google
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am running a clinic in Dubai. Someone is giving bad reviews on my Google profile.
We do not know this person and he has not been treated in the clinic.
Due to this, the reputation of the clinic has been damaged. We do not know those people and we cannot contact them.
Please advise!

Submit a complaint and an electronic report against the person who made the inquiries.
Enter the public security services, select report cybercrime, then select the type of report and fill in the required fields.
After sending the report, you will be provided with a reference number for the report.

It is open for you to file a complaint against the said person and also you are entitled to claim compensation for the damage caused.
