هل يمكن لإدارة المبنى إيداع شيك وديعة الضمان قبل نهاية الإيجار؟

دفعت شيك وديعة ضمان بنسبة ٥٪ لإدارة المبنى. أخبروني أن هذا الشيك سيُرد إليّ عند إخلاء الشقة.

ولكن دون إشعار مسبق، أودعوا الشيك. لا يزال لديّ شهران على انتهاء عقد الإيجار.

أرجو منكم إرشادي، هل يمكنهم إيداع الشيك بدون إشعار مسبق؟
