Dear,

If an employer finds out that any document or certificate submitted to them is forged, then they have the right to cancel the employment contract without notice.

Such a certificate may also include a medical certificate.

As we stated in our initial response, yes, a forged medical certificate can be grounds for termination without notice.

It is advisable for the employee to take the matter up with the employer directly and explain the situation.

Legally, it is the employer's right to terminate without notice as forging documents is illegal.
