Dear questioner,

You can file a lawsuit, starting with the Family Guidance Center, requesting the provision of housing, alimony, and school expenses for your daughter who is in your custody.

Dear questioner,

In the event of a request for divorce, custody, and alimony, the case can be registered in the court in which the husband or wife resides.

Divorce entails damages due to the wife and children, if there are children.

Temporary alimony can be requested while the case is in progress.

Well, you can file a claim for the purpose of housing, food and drink, as well as the rest of the monthly requirements and obligations, and he must also pay the school obligations.

You must keep all receipts and expenses for the purpose of referring them to him and obligating him to pay the amounts.

You can contact us to authorize us in this matter and recover your rights.
