How to refund my money from an immigration agency for breach?
Hi all,
An immigration consultancy cheated me in the UAE. They told me that within 6 months I would be in Canada with my family, and for that, they charged me AED 13800.
Eight years have gone and there are no results, and they neither answer my phone nor return my money. Now I saw in the contract that they gave me to sign that all payments made are non-refundable.
They have committed fraud, they did not provide any service to me nor they informed me that the payment that I made is nonrefundable. They first took the money then they gave me the contract to sign.
I would like to know if there is any chance that I will get back my money and compensation. They have wasted my 8 years.
