Q: Hi, Good Morning!
I am working in a hotel. I have applied for vacation and ticket encashment. After taking ticket encashment or vacation salary, can I resign before going on vacation (home country)?
I have 48 days of vacation and 80 percent of the ticket cost?
Please advise me!

Will I be entitled to my air ticket upon resignation if it is not mentioned in my contract?

2
Q: Hi,
I have a concern regarding my contract. I have an unlimited contract and I'm on my 2 years now in the company.
So, I'm planning to resign because I want to go back to my country for good now. And so, I just realized now that in my contract there are no written leave and ticket incentives after 2 years.
So I'm wondering if I still have hope to get a free ticket from my company to go home even if it's not written in my contract.
Please. I hope somebody notices this. Because the plane ticket is also expensive.
Thank you for the answer in advance.

Can I use my baggage allowance to ship my luggage by cargo?
1
Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
My contract mentions that the employee is entitled to excess XXkg of baggage claim or air/sea/land shipment of equivalent cost.
Does this mean that I can convert this to bring my luggage using cargo as long as it does not exceed the same rate as air travel?

Can I be convicted of driving under the influence even if the alcohol test came back negative? 0
Hello,
I was driving my car when the police stopped me at one point on the road and told me that I was driving under the influence of alcohol.
I tried hard to deny that because I had not actually consumed any alcoholic beverages that day or in the previous three days.
However, a report was filed and a case was opened, but the alcohol test report came back negative. Will I be convicted despite that?
Please answer me. It is urgent.

Can we legally claim unpaid dues for food supplies based on emails and invoices? 0
Hello,
We have an agreement with a company to supply food for their buffet on a daily basis, with invoices to be issued monthly and payment to be made every three months.
The relationship actually lasted for nine months, and payment was made for two periods. In the third period, due to disagreements between our company and the company to which the supply was made, they refused to pay, noting that the outstanding amount so far is fifty-four thousand dirhams.
Can we claim the amount, noting that the agreement is not written, but there are emails exchanged between us and invoices?
