Bearing the visa cost in case of resignation during probation
If I am on the probationary period and resigned, then I conducted one month notice, is my employer entitled to deduct the visa cost from the salary that I will have during the one month notice?

Visa cost cannot be claimed by the employer.
Resignation during probation:
The date of the employment visa will be considered for your probation.
If you do not have a visa there won't be a ban. If you have a visa and if you did not complete one year of service, an automatic six months or one-year labour ban may be imposed by the Ministry of Labour upon request by your employer.
No employment visa shall be issued to you until the period of the ban is completed.
If you have a limited contract: you must complete one-year of service + liable to PAY compensation - not work - to make it up for early termination of the contract.
If you have an unlimited contract: you must complete one-year of service + serve one month notice.
