Will I be able to travel to the UAE if I have a case for pending car rent payment?

Hi,

I checked on the Dubai Police App to inquire about criminal financial cases. It shows I have a case filed for non-payment of rented transportation service.

I have reached out to the company and they have said I can settle the account and the case will be withdrawn and off the police database within a week.

Is this accurate? Will I then be able to travel to the UAE without any issues?

Is there a way to find out if thw case has been closed?

It is possible to inquire about the cases related to a particular court in one emirate.

This can lead to cases arising, and the order is needed in other courts and other emirates.

You can inquire through a lawyer.

The lawyer you hire will conduct a complete check with relevant UAE courts to find out whether or not you have any lawsuits filed against you.

No need to visit the UAE courts personally, your attorney will do it on your behalf. Just submit the required documents online, and within a few days, you will get the results of the check from the lawyer by email.

This service requires a Power of Attorney from you to the lawyer. Other documents necessary to make the check on court cases filed against you include clear colored copies of:

- Your valid passport,

- Your residency permit (residence visa page),

- Your Emirates ID.

This service is right for you if you would like to know whether or not you have any court cases filed against you in the UAE and you have no time or ability to run the check by yourself.

I have checked on the Dubai Police app and that is the only financial offense found there.
