How can I retrieve my passport and documents from my employer to cancel visa?

My visa is canceled by labor and they will transfer my all data to the federal authority of the immigration office for cancellation.

But my employer can not give me my passport or my Emirates ID and it is required for cancellation.

How I can recover my documents?

Your employer may not withhold your passport or Emirates ID as it is government property and such an act is illegal.

You may go to the nearest police station and file a complaint or with MOHRE.
