كيف يمكنني استرداد جواز سفري والمستندات من صاحب العمل لإلغاء التأشيرة؟

تم إلغاء تأشيرتي من قبل العمل والعمال وسيقومون بنقل جميع بياناتي إلى السلطة الاتحادية لمكتب الهجرة للإلغاء.

لكن صاحب العمل لا يستطيع أن يعطيني جواز سفري أو بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية الخاصة بي، وهو أمر مطلوب للإلغاء.

Your employer may not withhold your passport or Emirates ID as it is government property and such an act is illegal.

You may go to the nearest police station and file a complaint or with MOHRE.
