ما الذي يجب فعله عند طلب المالك زيادة الإيجار بما يتجاوز مؤشر مؤسسة التنظيم العقاري؟

مرحبًا،

لدي انطباع بأن المالك سيرسل لي إشعارًا بالإخلاء لمدة 12 شهرًا إذا لم أقبل دفع زيادة الإيجار التي يطلبها. لا يُسمح بزيادة الإيجار لأن مؤشر الإيجار أقل مما أدفعه حاليًا.

في هذه الحالة، فهذا يعني أنني سأحتاج إلى الانتقال من الشقة خلال 12 شهرًا. هل هذا صحيح؟

في هذه الحالة، لا يمكنه إعادة تأجير شقته خلال عامين، أليس كذلك؟

Dear questioner,

Landlords can not evict tenants if they wish to rent the unit for a higher price. They may only evict if there is a major restructuring, they wish to move in, or they wish to sell.

Furthermore, they may not increase the price more than that provided by RERA rental index.

You may file a complaint with Land Department (RDC).

Hi.

Pursuant to your query, if the rent increase is not as per the RERA index and your landlord is not agreeing to it, you should raise it to the land department.

And the landlord can't evict you by giving 12 months' notice for not increasing the rent.
