يرفض المالك الانتظار لعدة أيام بعد تاريخ استحقاق شيك الإيجار

سيدي العزيز / سيدتي العزيز،

من المقرر أن يكون شيك الإيجار الخاص بي مستحقًا غدًا، ولسوء الحظ، لا أستطيع الوفاء به. طلبت من مالك العقار الانتظار بضعة أيام لكنه لا يريد الانتظار وقال لي إنه سيصرف الشيك غدًا.

بالطبع الشيك سوف يرتجع، ما هو الإجراء بعد ذلك؟

هل هناك فترة سماح قبل الإخلاء لدفع الإيجار؟
