What is the best possible way/solution ease at least? I also want a loan from the main bank for the same bank put a low credit score for us to get money. We are in a tight position to settle. Q: I have a police case for a bounced cheque last year March 17. It was against a loan which I drew but later I changed my job. I left the UAE and came back, but before I can do something the bank felt insecurity and immediately they submitted my security cheque to the police station and put a case on me. The same day, I paid the fine and came out. Later, I joined a new company and provided the necessary documents and new security cheque. My account was then regularised (After resigning from the previous company my account was frozen) and since then everything is fine. Now, I want to settle my loan in full. I already mobilised funds needed. I want to know asap if I settle the loan in full, how the travel ban or police case will be removed? Will the bank do everything and give me a clearance letter?

Q: Dear sir/madam, I have just made a settlement with the bank, paid a down payment, and signed the papers of an agreement to pay the rest in installments. My question is now how long should it take to get the travel ban lifted? Is there any way to speed it up? My second concern is that the bank has told me that I do not need a clearance letter to travel once the case has been dropped. Is that right? It is not registered by the Dubai police. I'm just worried I will be stopped at immigration again but I’ve been told once the case is gone, it will not be an issue.

Q: Hi, My husband who was a travel agent was sentenced to 5 months in jail and deported last year in Sharjah due to selling fake Corona tests for traveling outside the UAE. This Law promulgates the Federal Penal Code (Criminal Law) of the United Arab Emirates. Crimes and chastisement punishments shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other penal codes.

This Law applies to merchants, as well as to all acts of commerce carried out in the UAE by any person even though he be not a trader. Commercial matters regarding which specific Federal laws are issued shall be subject to the provisions of such laws, and to the provisions hereof which do not contradict with said laws.

The provisions of this law, promulgating UAE Civil Code, govern the civil transactions in the United Arab Emirates. The commercial transactions remain subject to the laws and regulations applicable in their regard.
