The judgment came out: to pay 900 AED, 1 month imprisonment, and deportation. Please, can I appeal not to be deported?

Hi Sir, My husband had a judgment where he was found not guilty, as the misdemeanor court stated that it doubts the charges against the accused and found no conclusive evidence except the statements in the report files. The court considered this invalid because there was no translator. Hello, I got a judgment from Dubai Court stating that the employer should do my settlement. It’s been years, but I still haven't received the payment in my account. When I checked with Al Adheed Center, they said if the company is not active, it’s not possible to get the money. However, it’s a group of companies, and a few branches are still running.
